Time has come now for Yoono to launch its beta version in public available on Firefox3. For those who don't have installed this application yet, Yoono is a social network browser that consolidates major tools like Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, Piczo, Friendfeed in a side bar. So you don't need those applications to be opened, it's simply avalaible on the left of your Firefox browser, and your activites through Yoono are sent to the social nextwork you want to adress: text your friends, upload pictures or browse videos from Youtube. The only thing you have to do is to connect to each of them once you install it!
With your friends inside Yoono environment, you can share your favorite texts, pictures or videos by just draging them in Yoono's side bar.
Yoono made the first demonstration during the past Web 2.0 event in San Francisco
They are very interested to get user's feedback, and you can contribute directly on Yoono's Blog. There is a real expectation from applications that simplify the use of social network platform, and we are not the only one to say that. In addition, more features will certainly be added soon, Yoono announced a $4 million extension to their Series A funding round led by AGF Private Equity.
